Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms
Rates are for 6 person occupancy. Additional guests, up to 8, are priced at an additional $25/person/night. 11.05% San Diego City tax for all stays under 30 days. Holiday and special event periods may be priced higher. Minimum stays vary depending on days of the week, season, calendar availability, and lead time for arrival. Please inquire. 50% of rental cost due at time of booking, balance due 30 days before arrival. $175 exit cleaning fee and fully refundable $500 damage deposit required with all stays.

"My colleagues and I stayed at Drew's home while on a work trip from Phoenix. We normally stay in a hotel with individual rooms, but we thought this trip would be more productive if we could share a place. After looking through VRBO properties we felt that the price with the amenities was a great deal, and around the same price as a hotel would cost.. We were very happy with the house, the amenities and the views were spectacular also. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a rental for vacation or business purposes.
