Renters are responsible to confirm all information, including, but not limited to, refund and cancellation policies, before enlisting services from any property owner and/or manager. Property owners and/or managers are responsible for qualifying any prospective renter acquired via the VRConnection service or otherwise. VRConnection, its owners and employees, assume no liability or responsibility for any claims that arise between owners/manager and renters that result from the use of the VRConnection service.

VRConnection, its owners and employees are not licensed real estate brokers or agents. The Web site and service must be considered a software application/tool that third party vacation property owners/manager enlist to facilitate the rental of their properties to third party renters. At no time is a VRConnection owner or employee directly involved in any transaction that takes place within the Web site. All responsibility and liability for each transaction is solely borne by the property owner and/or manager.

Notice to All Property Owners and Managers
Property owners/managers are solely responsible for all information furnished about their property as well as all claims made before, during, and after each and every rental transaction. Owner/managers are expected to adhere to an Acceptable Content Policy designed to provide a safe, "family friendly" environment.

Acceptable Content Policy
All content must be "family friendly" and "G" rated. Content, including both text and pictures, may not contain vulgarity, or comments related to violence, hate, or references of a sexual nature. Any such references are considered unacceptable and may be removed without notice. In the case of disputed content, the operators of VRConnection will be the final judge as to the appropriateness of all content. Each VRConnection listing provides designated locations for contact information, including, but not limited to, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and external Internet addresses (URLs). All such content must be confined to these locations, and VRConnection reserves the right to remove and/or relocate this information to its appropriate location. VRConnection reserves the right to reject and/or edit any content for any reason it deems necessary. 

Failure to abide by the Acceptable Content Policy may result in cancellation of services.

Local Rules and Regulations
Property owners and/or managers are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations, including, but not limited to, permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance. Please contact your local chamber of commerce for additional information.

Rental Inquiries
To reduce the volume of SPAM delivered via the Rental Request form, inquiries may be monitored and filtered by VRConnection prior to delivery. Despite our filtering efforts, it is possible that some SPAM inquiries will be delivered anyway. Rental inquires are delivered via Internet email and are not to be considered private. Internet e-mail delivery is not 100% reliable and VRConnection cannot be held responsible for undelivered inquiries or for missed income that may have resulted from undelivered inquiries. VRConnection, at its sole discretion, may supply to potential renters the direct e-mail address and or phone number of VRConnection advertisers for the purpose of making a rental inquiry.

Availability of Service
If the operators of VRConnection are unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, neither VRConnection or its owners can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated costs paid for the services which were not provided. VRConnection does not guarantee that the Web site will be available 100% of the time.
