"With family visiting from out of state this house had everything we needed to have a very relaxing time. With the nights getting chilly this time of year we all really enjoyed the fire pit and tall gas heater. We took a walk down to the beach (about 1 1/4 miles down the street). A real nice grocery store is very close. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped which was great because we did a lot of cooking! A couple of negatives would be that the baths could use an upgrade and it really isn't a quiet neighborhood (busy street nearby). There also was construction going on right below the back deck so sitting out there during the day wasn't all that pleasant. I would recommend staying here for a visit to San Diego because of it's great location. The owner was easy to deal with."
