Styled with a Caribbean flavour, set in beautifully tended grounds with an abundance of palm trees and shrubs, the community is surrounded by lakes and nature reserve woodland providing a relaxing environment - see the otters and raccoons going about their daily lives. The villa has no close neighbours on any side in a new exclusively developed location, which is maintained to the highest standards. The spacious Villa offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms all with showers two being en suite. There is a large living area with a PS2/DVD plus the usual amenities listed below. The Games Room has a pool table, table tennis and darts with the added bonus of Casino games. There is an Internet enabled PC with wireless broadband. There are formal and informal dining areas along with a fully-equipped kitchen. The south facing pool area offers total privacy whilst the deck provides sunloungers, table, parasol, and chairs for your enjoyment. The pool can be heated on request.
