"Hi Linda, We've just returned home after our week in Florida and I wanted to tell you how thrilled we were with your house. It was everything we hoped for and then some. The house was so clean and well taken care of and we had no complaints at all. I can't tell you how much we appreciated dealing with someone like you after our experience in Las Vegas last year. We are a middle class working family and we take one vacation a year which we save all year to be able to do.
