"This was our second visit to Calla Lily with our grown up son and daughter and their partners. We so enjoyed our last stay that we booked again without hesitation. Staying at the villa with it's beautiful views, relaxing by the pool looking over the lake was a true pleasure. Even though we had been to the Disney parks before there was still plenty to do and we even ran out of time to do everything on our wish list this time!We should have booked 3 weeks! We find the villa ideally located,it doesn't take long to get to the main atttactions. Supermarkets and restaurants are only 10 minutes away.It is a real bonus having 3 bathrooms and a laundry room which makes staying with a family so much easier. "Dear Linda, It was truly a lucky, but great choice that I found your house on-line. It was a warm, inviting environment that should be shared and enjoyed by all who are looking for a special place to stay in the Orlando area. My family and I had a fantastic time in your wonderful house. Everything was as promised and I sincerely hope we left it as we found it, with the exception of a week's worth of dirt! We greatly appreciated your notebook on the house and most especially, the directions to Disney World. I doubt we would have found such an easy route on our own. "Dear Linda, I am Jane Rapp, Robert's mother and Michelle's mother in law. What a wonderful surprise when we arrive last Tuesday at your home. It is just beautiful. It was comfortable even with all 11 of us there. It was great to be away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando area, but be able to go participate in activities when we wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 2505. The swimming pool was used by all and the little children spent all the time they could playing in the pool. The furnished kitchen was great. My husband brought all kinds of kitchen stuff and did all of the cooking. Needless to say, that being from the frozen north, we ate most of our meals on the patio.  "Review received by email from Nina and Tom Donnem, Norway. Stayed (1 month) Jan 9th-Feb 6th 2007 Hello Linda! We hope you are well. We safely arrived northern Norway as planned a week ago. This is what we wrote in your guest book before leaving Florida; "For a whole month we have had a great stay in Florida. We had high expectations about the house and we did not get disappointed. It's beautiful and at the same time practical even with the age range from 1,5 to 73 years. The pool, the spa, the game room was what we hoped it should be. The internet access gave us the opportunity to stay in contact with the more central parts of the world, that is of course Northern Norway...... We spent a lot of time in the Disney parks (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT) and Sea World. This is our second time in Florida and it is probably not the last." As you can see we had a great time vacating in Florida and your house. The driving directions to the house was easy to follow. We never got lost during the month we were there. The weather was sunny and warm the first two week, during the last two it varied from 13 to 28 celcius (the highest temperature we got from the tornado, wich gave us a little worry - but luckily it did`t get too close.) We were mostly content about the weather. It was a good temperature for visiting the parks, but some days we wished it could have been a little warmer so that we could have enjoyed the screened patio more. The pool and spa were often used. The spa was espesially comfortable to have in the evenings and during the colder days. The grandmother loved it very much, and we think it worked wonders on her bad legs and hips (combined with a lot of training that we were able to find time to do, not to mention all the walking we did.) Our oldest daughter (7) swimmed like a fish in the pool. Our second daughter (5) learned how to swim during our stay and she also cracked the code of reading. Our little boy liked the pool also, and the spa which he called "aua" because it was a little hot. We visitet the petting farm further north on Poinciana. It was great. Our boy was sick that day and stayed at home with his grandmother, but the girls got to feed, pet, catch and hold a lot of animals. Again, thanks a lot for letting us stay in your Villa. The kids spent all of their free time in the pool, and we adults unwound in the jacuzzi every evening. The view of the pond is also very beautiful, and the kids really enjoyed feeding the pair of Sandhill Cranes that visited us every day. The kids were really hoping to see an aligator in the pond, but the adults were just as happy that there were none to be found! They also had a great time in the game room, playing pool for hours on end. We'll definitely be checking to see if your house is available the next time we visit the Orlando area. I only have one little suggestion for improvement. We arrived in Orlando in the evening, and had a bit of trouble following the directions, especially in the dark. They're very good once you get as far as John Young Parkway, but are fairly difficult to follow up to that point. For instance, at step 7, you can take ramps onto either 528 west or east, and the directions don't specify which way to go. It should specify west. But other than getting lost a couple of times on the way to the house, it was an awesome week, and we're all sad that it's over and we have to go back to work. Thanks again, and we're looking forward to having a chance to live like kings again on our next Florida vacation.  "Hi Linda, Yes, we all arrived home safe and sound, although we were dragging our feet because we didn't want to leave! I had intended to email you, just had not had a chance. As it is, we have soccer (football) practice in 15 minutes for both my kids, so I will hurriedly tell you want a wonderful place you have! We thoroughly enjoyed the house. It is quite beautiful and very spacious. After being able to have lots of space, I don't think I can ever stay in a motel again! The kids loved having their own rooms, with their own televisions, (a luxury in their eyes as I won't let them have one in their rooms here at home...mean mom!!) They also enjoyed the playstation! Piper, my daughter wants you to know "It Works!" (We had a little trouble figuring it out at first.) Anyway, my mother enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the birds. The cranes visited everyday. The kids fished in the pond and tried to find the alligator, both with out much luck. But they had fun anyway. I have bragged so much about how wonderful your house was that several friends have expressed an interest in possibly using it on future trips. I will give them your email. "Hi, Ms. Burton! I had intended to email you much sooner, but upon coming back home to Maryland, I really got caught up in getting back to business as usual. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed my vacation there in Kissimmee, and your home was exceptionally beautiful and inviting. My family was smitten upon pulling into the driveway. None of us really wanted to leave and return to our own homes. On another note, we did encounter a couple of small issues, however I phoned your property manager, Charlotte, and she took care of things. "Hello Linda, I am really sorry for not replying to you at once. Thank you. We all arrived home safely. I came back to work and have been really very busy catching up work. This is the only chance I got opening my emails. I am actually at work still catching up. Fred and I loved your home. My kids loved it too. Your house is very welcoming. As we stepped in it we all felt we were home. We all treated it like our own. One of my husbands sister and family couldn't make it. One bedroom was not touched at all. We would all love to go back to Orlando and stay in your home again. The area is very nice and secure. It is not too far away from everything. "Hello Linda We arrived back in Gatwick on Friday morning and returned safely by boat to Belfast on Sunday evening. The holiday was a great success. June and I enjoyed the golf and daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren spent their time around Disney and associated entertainment. Your house contributed greatly to our enjoyment. It was very clean and spacious and all the facilities met our expectations in full. It really is a lovely house and the lanai and the swimming pool were much enjoyed and the safety fencing meant that the adults could relax without having to worry about the safety of the children. Many thanks for providing the BBQ. We all very much enjoyed your beautiful house, the internet was very much appreciated, we were lucky and did not have any breakages and I hope we left the house in the condition we found it. It`s a quiet peaseful area and the house just took my breath away when we arrived, it was lovely decorated by the owner Linda and Carmen Homes which takes care of the visitors on calm and gental maner.
