"We went down May 2-6 for the Seafood Fest. 6 adults, 2 old friends and my cousin and his wife I hadn't seen in 22 yrs. Although the weather wasn't the greatest, cool and very windy, we had a great time in a great house. We couldn't use the screened in porch or the outside areas much, but the house was so great, it has everything including a nice fireplace and plenty of very good firewood. Crabbing was great. Would I rent it again-yes. Would I recommend it-yes. Pat is very easy to work with and is very concerned about her renters. So if you're looking for a wonderful place to rent in Chincoteague that has everything, this is it. Where else can you go and have a herd of goats roaming the neighborhood cutting the grass?"
