--$200 security deposit is required within 7 days of booking.
--Lodging payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
--9.5% TN state tax.
--No cleaning, hot tub or per person fees :-)
--Well-behaved, house-trained pets (adult dogs only) are welcome with a $50 pet fee and owner advance approval.
"We had a fantastic time at Grand View! The view from the deck was excellent for morning coffee and watching the sunset glow over the mountains in the late afternoon. The set up in the house was very comfortable for our family. The jacuzzi on the lower deck was a treat after a day of hiking. The cabin's location was great -- close enough to both town and country! We will definitely rent Grand View again!"
