"My family and I have stayed at Victorian Rose twice now. Both experiences have been fantastic. It's like our new home away from home. The funny thing is .. the house always wraps around us like a big hug. It's feels warm, cozy and comfortable just like our own house. We never even needed a minute to adjust to the new surroundings. The first time was for my brothers funeral. A very sad time yet we were able to entertain family comfortably. Ends up he literally lives right down the street from Victorian Rose. The second time was for Thanksgiving. Again, another difficult time celebrating a holiday with a missing loved one. Again, the family settled right in and enjoyed the surroundings and the spacious environment. Also, the kitchen is well supplied and we had everything necessary for cooking a wonderful holiday meal for about 25 people. Again - another wonderful experience. Most likely this will turn into an annual event and place for us. The children also love hiding the Victorian Rose Heart Ornament every time and laugh when the rooms begin to shake, rattle and roll. The garage game room and jacuzzi are an added plus and help with keeping the kids occupied and having fun! Oh yes I almost forgot my favorite thing - the wrap around porch for visiting and sipping my coffee. I've always wanted a wrap around porch - I guess this one will have to do for now.
