This newly built (2004) smoke-free condominium is located in the lovely, peaceful environment of Club La Costa. It is a second floor well-equipped, light corner unit condominium with a spacious terrace facing the beautiful Mayan Palace Golf Course. The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo will sleep 2-3 people. There is a comfy queen size bed in the bedroom and a full size hide a bed/sofa in the living room. We offer DSL high-speed Internet access right in the condo. (No more trying to find an Internet Cafe to use the Internet!) Just a stroll across the boulevard you'll find the white sandy beach of the Sea of Cortez. You can hear the surf pounding on the sands from the condo. At the same time you can watch the hummingbirds feed on the flowers of the blossoming cactus garden beneath your terrace.
