Original "summerhouse" sits within fenced backyard and is furnished with daybed, cable TV, games and game table, included in rental. Two blocks from the Pier, beach shops, pubs and restaurants. "Roleez" Beach Cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys, beach metal detector, bikes, hammocks and beach towels. Parking for 3 small or 2 large vehicles.
Downstairs: Open-style suite with queen bed, living room with double hide-a-bed, bath, kitchen and dining room.
Upstairs: Two bedrooms (king bed and two twin beds), kitchen, living room with queen futon, full bath, breakfast area and screened porch.
"This was our 1st time on Tybee Island. Our stay at MY SEASIDE was totally awesome! We loved the close access to the beach, sitting on the porch in the evenings with family, & playing Ping Pong in the basement! Even enjoyed sleeping on the porch one nite w/my grand daughter! We had an issue w/the lights dimming & blinking when we 1st arrived, but my husband wrks with the Power Co so he called them & they came out & found a bad transformer on the pole.Found out the neighbors were being affected by it too. After cutting the power for an hour it was fixed. Anyway, the house is totally charming & we hope to make this a family tradition!"
