"MY BEACH BUNGALOW Lauren and Sally, I left you a note in your guest book but I wanted to reiterate how much I enjoyed being in Tybee. I took my mother there. She's 83 and lives in Oregon now, far from me in Chicago, but she grew up in Georgia and had seven of her eight children, including me, in Savannah. It was wonderful to be in that place we both remembered and in a house from the period she remembered even better than I did. You've done a beautiful job of making it livable. Thanks.
