"The property was excellent, far bigger than we thought and the games room and pool were a big hit after a long day at the theme parks. We arrived on Christmas day a couple of hours after the allowed time of 3pm and the management company were there clearing up. Unfortunately their cleaner had rung in with a domestic problem and they had to prepare for our arrival. They were very apologetic, did a good job and got out of our way very quickly, they even gave us an amount of dollars for compensation. Having the lake behind us meant we had lots of privacy, as some of the villas are crammed in. Great holiday was had by all. "
