"Hi, Ms. Burton! I had intended to email you much sooner, but upon coming back home to Maryland, I really got caught up in getting back to business as usual. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed my vacation there in Kissimmee, and your home was exceptionally beautiful and inviting. My family was smitten upon pulling into the driveway. None of us really wanted to leave and return to our own homes. On another note, we did encounter a couple of small issues, however I phoned your property manager, Charlotte, and she took care of things. I look forward to visiting the area again next year, and hope to spend our vacation at your accommodations there. The ease of making the arrangements to reserve as well as checking in was excellent.
