"Hi Linda, We had a brilliant time and were delighted with your villa. It had absolutely everything we needed and, as I think a previous guest had remarked, really was a home from home. It's so unusual, for example, not to see pictures screwed to the walls to prevent them being stolen and ornaments in the rooms and soft toys around (particularly enjoyed by my younger son who loved the toad in his room!). We all enjoyed the pool, the pool table and the table football. Tropical Storm Fay unfortunately hit us in our third week but it didn't stop us going out to the parks. We got wet but kept warm so it didn't matter because we dried out quickly. All in all we had a huge amount of fun, made all the better by the comfort and facilities of your home. "Fantastic villa, extremely spacious. The owners thought of every possible thing to make our holiday feel like a home from home. The location of the villa is excellent, as other people have already said it is away from the hustle and bustle but also close enough to the major theme parks. We only had one slight problem and that was with the toilet flusher in the main bathroom, however we made a phone call to Carmen (the maintenance company) and they sorted it out very quickly which we thought was pretty amazing. Carmen even rang us half way through our holiday to ask if we were having a good holiday and if we had any problems, great service!! All in all we couldn't have wished or dreamed of a better holiday home for our first visit to Florida. We found ourselves referring to the place as 'home' almost instantly, the kids even learned to swim. "The property was excellent, far bigger than we thought and the games room and pool were a big hit after a long day at the theme parks. We arrived on Christmas day a couple of hours after the allowed time of 3pm and the management company were there clearing up. Unfortunately their cleaner had rung in with a domestic problem and they had to prepare for our arrival. They were very apologetic, did a good job and got out of our way very quickly, they even gave us an amount of dollars for compensation. "Not only was this a superb value, but it was so very comfortable, private, and plush. The garage had just recentely been turned into a game room, complete with a new pool table, foosball table, and a dartboard. The beds were more comfortable than our home beds. The pool was very refreshing and immaculately clean. We noticed some very tiny ants in the sugar that had been left by a previous guest. Also, the vertical blinds were not able to be fully closed. This was really no problem, as the vertical blind view of the patio and lake were not very "public areas" after all! All in all this was a dream come true. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Very relaxing rooms, furniture, and especially the beds. Our whole family stayed there and there were really no complaints by anyone. I would certainly stay at this villa, again, although not necessarily during December. Our visit to Disney World during the Christmas holidays was the most crowded I have ever seen it. This is not a great time to go if you're planning on riding any super rides and coasters. Lines were abominably long. Although this is not really related to the villa directly, the villa did much to revitalize our spirits for the next day. Linda Burton is to be commended for a very gracious host that has truly though of everything. We played Bridge with two decks of cards that were provided for us at the Villa. Linda answered numerous questions we had about linen, computer connections, and keys. It was fabulous! Thank you so much for having us! "We found the villa to be both clean and comfortable. It is about 20 mins from Disney and 40 mins to Universal Studios depending on traffic. The use of a communal tennis and basket ball courts is a real boon if you have teenagers. The unit was as advertised, I would advise anyone looking for great value for there money to look into using the house.
