A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"I stayed here for a last minute trip..coordinating with the owner was fast convenient and super easy.I.had a few questions that got answered immediately...the house is darling, very uniquely decorated with definite thought put into every last touch. There is plenty of room for my family and I. The location was prime and easily accessible...I would recommend this rental to anyone traveling to the stress and look forward to my future stays!!!"
