Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms 275.00 per night for 1-6 nights. 250.00 per night for 7 nights or more.
A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"My Mates and i Spent 5 nights at this property and we could not be happier with what we found. The property was within close proximity to the best attractions LA has to offer. The property was neat and tidy and offered all the modern comforts of home. It is very secure and offers a great deal of privacy. Stephanie the owner was most gracious to offer us a late checkout due to out late flight. I will most definately be recommending this property to friends and family travelling to LA and also hope to stay again in future. Thanks Staphanie. Alex"
