Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms 275.00 per night for 1-6 nights. 250.00 per night for 7 nights or more.
A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"The door code didn't work and had to call stephanie at 9pm yo get access to the unit. Other than that, it was easy. Close to rose bowl which was nice after a day of tailgating. Go Bruins!"
