A 150.00 cleaning fee for 1-6 nights. 200.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more.
We have a $250-$300 security deposit which is fully refundable if there are no damages
and no additional cleaning needed.
"We really enjoyed the location of this property. We arrived late in the evening the property is not very well lit so if you plan to arrive late, be prepared with your phone flashlight. The house was very inviting, we all felt very comfortable and safe. There were a total of 6 of us who stayed. We did switch beds to our liking (kind of like musical chairs). It was slightly cold during our stay but after plugging the space heaters in, we were fine. The deck off the loft was a nice treat early in the day and late in the evening. The steep staircase was a bit of a challenge for all. The water pressure in one of the showers was not great and had some temperature issues. A crockpot was listed in the description but wasn't available; however, wasn't that big of a deal. We just changed our dinner plans. Overall the house was conveniently located, close enough to USC, the beach, and touristy attractions. The check-in and check-out process were very easy. Perfect for families. We had an age range of 15 to 75. We will definitely stay again!"
