"We found the location of Heritage House and its layout to be absolutely perfect for our group of six. Even more impressive, however, were Carole's attention, concern and effort as we planned our trip to Greece. Even though this was my third trip to Greece, Carole made several suggestions of places to visit like Napflio and stay in (e.g. Hotel Papanikola in Piana) that I was not aware of. They worked out superbly. She also stood by our side, ready to help us when one of our party lost his passport on the day of our departure. She was genuinely interested in our experience in Greece, asking pictures and descriptions of our various stops. I am not given to puffery. However, there is no way I can adequately convey the dedication, knowledge and concern Carole shows for her guests throughout their stay in Greece. Carol and Basil are the best reason to stay at the Athenian Penthouses or Heritage House."
