"Last month, we stayed in the Acropolis View Beta apartment for eleven days. Carole and Basil have done a wonderful job with the place. It is comfortable and nicely designed with a wonderful modern decor. We felt right at home. It exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed both the shared terrace on the roof for viewing the city at night as well as spending time on the smaller apartment terrace just gazing out at the activity in the street below. We immediately felt at home in the neighborhood as well, lounging in the afternoons at the Terra Cafe just down the street sipping espresso with ice cream. We can't stop talking about our terrific trip, about how much we enjoyed Athens, its ancient sites, its exciting nightlife, the excellent food we had, and the fun day trips we took to Santorini, Hydra, Sounio/Temple of Poseidon, and Delphi. The apartment was the home base we enjoyed coming back to each evening. We fell in love with Athens, the Greek culture, and the Greek people. We can't wait to be back!"
