I've been involved with vacation rentals since 1999 and met Drew Rudman through our mutual participation in a Yahoo board for vacation rentals by owner. You did a great job with this - the wf is and logic is obvious and intuitive - and it's web-based so I can use it anywhere - I use the SMS feature that pages me and then I can respond immediately if not sooner on my web-enabled pda phone LOVE IT! I really don't even need to carry around a laptop and look for hotspots anymore. I cannot understand why anyone would not use your software, it saves enough time in rote work to pay for itself ten times over in the first couple of transactions. I am still on the free trial period for both of my places, but will be a happy paying customer once the trials are over - planning on offering a multi-property discount? Just kidding there!
