Deposit: The rent for 2 nights including taxes is required to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations from 60 to 31 days prior to arrival forfeit the 3 night deposit. For cancellations within 30 days, the entire stay is forfeited.
Security: Please be aware of our refundable $1000 security deposit that will be due upon check in.
"Susan, Thank you so much for sharing your incredible Aloha Kai Suite with our family in August. Everything was perfect! From the moment we entered and saw the beautiful welcome basket of goodies and the gorgeous decor we knew this was truly paradise! The amenities were spectacular, the layout of your home away from home fit our family perfectly with the three separate suites and large open entertaining areas with dining, kitchen and living room... and of course the lanai was spectacular! Our favorite evening of all was dinner on the lanai in which Tracy arranged for a private chef to prepare this spectacular 4 course dinner... we are all still talking about our fabulous vacation and look forward to making many more memories at your Aloha Kai Suite on Maui!
