Deposit: The rent for 2 nights including taxes is required to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations from 60 to 31 days prior to arrival forfeit the 3 night deposit. For cancellations within 30 days, the entire stay is forfeited.
Security: Please be aware of our refundable $1000 security deposit that will be due upon check in.
"It was a pleasure to stay at Aloha Kai Villa. We cannot thank Susan and Ron enough for the wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Everyone at Wailea Beach Villas participates in making their guests feel special. We golfed, snorkeled, surfed, hiked in the rainforest, attended the luau...none of this would have been possible without the help of the wonderful staff.
