Deposit: The rent for 2 nights including taxes is required to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations from 60 to 31 days prior to arrival forfeit the 3 night deposit. For cancellations within 30 days, the entire stay is forfeited.
Security: Please be aware of our refundable $1000 security deposit that will be due upon check in.
"Hi Susan: We had a wonderful time in your Wailea condo. The grounds were amazing and the condo has a great view of the ocean. We cooked several dinners in your fully stocked kitchen. The only thing we needed to buy was shiskabob skewers for the bbq. The beds and linens were first class and we slept soundly. Having the elevator stop at our floor only for us was a plus. No constant dinging from other users. And no one walking by our door. The front desk was extremely accommodating. We have been to Wailea many times so we did not take advantage of the concierge, but it was nice to know it was available. Thank you so much for making your Hawaii home available to us.
