Deposit: The rent for 2 nights including taxes is required to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations from 60 to 31 days prior to arrival forfeit the 3 night deposit. For cancellations within 30 days, the entire stay is forfeited.
Security: Please be aware of our refundable $1000 security deposit that will be due upon check in.
"The Aloha Kai Suite was beautiful. Very spacious with high end furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped (including 2 refrigerators!) and we enjoyed the sound system throughout the unit. The walk down to the beach was convenient along a nice pathway. The owner, Susan, is very nice and easy to work with. After speaking with her on the phone, I knew this was the right place for me and my family. It did not disappoint, we will definitely be back!"
