Its size is about 1200 sq feet. This well-appointed condo features a Queen-size bed in master bedroom, 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom, living and dining area, kitchen, private laundry room and a roofed terrace with table and chairs with full view of golf course. Furniture is new and modern. Wi Fi provided in clubhouse or nearby cafes. El Cid Residencial area is a private neighborhood with controlled access and is simply the best and most peaceful place to live in Mazatlan. There's a club house with beauty salon, gym, restaurant, etc. You have access to El Cid Main Resort facilities. There is also a small deer park and some small crocodiles at a mini zoo.
