Please read our Vacation Rental Agreement thoroughly. Monies received for occupancy of property indicate the acceptance of the terms and conditions of our Vacation Rental Lease Agreement. Additional rate will be added for occupancy over six. It is the responsibility of the Renter(s) to be familiar with all policies within the agreement.
Please note: Our property has a swimming pool as an amenity. It is the Renter's responsibility to learn about safety precautions, warning signs of water conditions, and safety procedures concerning swimming in or being around a pool. Renters are hereby notified that swimming pools can be dangerous and Renters accept the full risk and responsibility involved.

"This property was the perfect location for Daytona Beach. It was only a short walking distance to the beach. The house was perfect and very cutely decorated, clean, and very well furnished with everything you could possibly need. There was a wagon, beach chairs, coolers, and beach toys. This made it perfect for the beach. The pool was a wonderful feature for the kids. They loved it. There were pool toys also. There was ping pong, air hockey and a basketball game which was great. This was perfect for our vacation and we will definitely return if we return to Daytona Beach. I can't think of a thing that would make this house better. Great Vacation House. 5 stars for sure.
