Please read our Vacation Rental Agreement thoroughly. Monies received for occupancy of property indicate the acceptance of the terms and conditions of our Vacation Rental Lease Agreement. Additional rate will be added for occupancy over six. It is the responsibility of the Renter(s) to be familiar with all policies within the agreement.
Please note: Our property has a swimming pool as an amenity. It is the Renter's responsibility to learn about safety precautions, warning signs of water conditions, and safety procedures concerning swimming in or being around a pool. Renters are hereby notified that swimming pools can be dangerous and Renters accept the full risk and responsibility involved.
Owner's cancellation policy:
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.

"I debated forever when trying to decide which home to rent for our family vacation. I am so glad I chose this one. It was above and beyond what I had hoped for. The neighborhood is really nice, the house is super clean, no pet or musty smell, well taken care of and it’s only a few blocks to the beach. The backyard is big and is well landscaped so it feels private. The beds and bedding were all great. They had a wagon, beach chairs and towels, coolers, umbrella and sand toys which our kids loved. The pool was great and they have life vests for adults and children. The kitchen had all of the pots, pans, utensils, and dishes we needed and they were all in good condition. The owners were very nice and quick to respond to our messages. Thanks Brian and Barb for renting out your wonderful home to us! It really made our vacation amazing!"
