"Had Christmas in July as a family, all 8 of us. And it was great. Could not ask for anything more. Well maybe if you could have made the rain go away. But so close to the beach that when it stopped we were in the gulf. The only thing we had to do is block the bedroom door so that a 2 3/4th year old could not get out and go down the stairs. Other then that it was great. Would like to have left the eggs, mayo, jelly, juices etc for the next guest. Thank you for making this a very enjoyable July Christmas "
