This beautiful custom built Cape San Blas executive home is perfect for your family vacations at the beach. There are many custom features including, hardwood throughout the main floor, a huge entertainers kitchen, 2 living rooms, private pool, screened porch and beach views to die for. It has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and sits on one of the prettiest sections of the Cape San Blas dunes. Our home has easy access to the beach and gulf and can accommodate up to 12 people.
Please add 11% sales and occupancy tax. $150 cleaning and linens fee applies as does a $100 non refundable pet fee (if applicable). There is a $300 security deposit required with all stays.

"We just returned from a weeks stay at Sunset Serenity. Everyone really enjoyed the stay and the house was great. The kids really loved having a heated pool and hot tub. The house was in a great spot plenty close to the beach. The beaches in the area were very nice, clean, and not crowded at all. If you are looking to get away from all the craziness that a Destin would have this is the place for you. The only thing I would change if I could would to have a grocery store closer to the house. It was a good twenty minutes plus to the nearest one. Overall our trip was a great one and I'm sure we will return to CSB in the years to come.."
