Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Rates are for 6 person occupancy. Additional guests, up to 8 and who must be under 13, are priced at an additional $25/person/night. All stays under 30 nights are subject to 11.5% Palm Springs city tax and $150 exit cleaning fee. Holiday and special event periods may be priced higher. Minimum stays vary depending on days of the week, season, calendar availability, and lead time for arrival. Please inquire. 50% of rental cost due at time of booking, balance due 30 days before arrival. Fully refundable $500 damage deposit required with all stays.
"Drew's home is absolutely immaculate, clean, quiet and charming. It was absolutely perfect for our 2 families: lots of space and privacy if needed, and many group spots as well (the kids loved the play room with arcades games). We really appreciated the fact that the house corresponded exactly to what we found upon arrival. Our host was super responsive and helpful, which was a great plus. And the view on the mountains during sunset from the garden and pool/spa is so just beautiful... Would definitely recommend this house (and we rented quite a few in Palm Springs)."
