Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Rates are for 6 person occupancy. Additional guests, up to 8 and who must be under 13, are priced at an additional $25/person/night. All stays under 30 nights are subject to 11.5% Palm Springs city tax and $150 exit cleaning fee. Holiday and special event periods may be priced higher. Minimum stays vary depending on days of the week, season, calendar availability, and lead time for arrival. Please inquire. 50% of rental cost due at time of booking, balance due 30 days before arrival. Fully refundable $500 damage deposit required with all stays.
"We were 4 women in our 30s who came to Palm Springs from Edmonton, Canada for a weekend away. While the weather wasn't ideal for us wanting to escape our own cold, this rental was perfect. Spotless, trendy and ideal location. If it was nice out, we would have been in heaven with the bike access and beautiful yard and pool. We still miss the breakfast nook with great views of the mountains. Drew was helpful and responsive with all our questions. Highly Recommend."
