Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms All reservations require a 50% deposit and the security deposit within 7 days of booking for confirmation. Please note: The reservation will automatically be canceled if payment is not received on time. The balance of rental must be paid a month before your arrival date in a personal check in US funds. If reservations are made for Christmas or New Years weeks, then 100% of rental and security deposit are required within 7 days of booking. Failure to pay rental deposit, security deposit or balance of rental time could result in loss of reservation. Damage deposit is $300 USD. "Extra" charges are billed separately and would include transportation, activities, tips, phone calls, etc.
Cancellations should be in writing and are effective from the date we receive and acknowledge your fax or e-mail. The rental deposit and the security deposit, less a cancellation fee equal to $100 USD are refundable until 90 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations between 30-90 days of arrival are subject to a 100% surcharge of the rental. Bookings for Christmas and New Years are subject to 100% surcharge regardless of time of cancellation. In the event of a cancellation we will try to recover your money by rebooking the dates. If we feel it necessary, we will discount the rates in an effort to rebook the dates. Should we be successful at rebooking, then we will refund you the difference between your original booking price and the total of what we have collected, less a cancellation fee equal to $100 USD. 100% of security deposit will be refunded upon any cancellation.
"We had a great family vacation at Puerto Adventuras "Villa Del Mar" (101). What a beautiful place. We loved to have our morning coffee on the patio while the kids swam in the pool. We loved the use of the Kayaks. We saw lots of interesting stuff. The water was so clear. The condo was clean and very spacious. My husband loved watching the boats leave and come in everyday. He would walk to the marina to see what they were bringing in. We walked to see the dolphins almost every night. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great vacation.
