"Kerri is a unicorn host - responsive, accommodating and helpful. She provided clear instructions at check-in and made sure to assist with any requests/questions we had. The condo was in a great location, 4 min walk to gondola with the shuttle stop right outside. It is an easy walk (downhill) to the gondola, and we opted for the shuttle back as it drops off right in front. The place was perfect size for 4 adults + 1 child. Large comfy couch and beds. Everything provided for our son (high chair, pack n play, books, a few toys). One thing to note - stair case was a bit steeper than anticipated, but we kept a close eye on our son & it was GREAT that the top of the stair case had a door that slid closed. Kitchen was well stocked & towels were even provided for the hot tub (which was a quick 1 min walk across the car park). "Out of over 30 prior Airbnb experiences, Kerri was the fasted responder and an amazing communicator. I was amazed at the response time and she always offered incredible input to my direct questions. The unit was spotless and full of extra blankets and items we found useful -even toys and books for our kids. During a massive snow storm, where so many rentals had their windows covered in snowbanks, her unit had huge large corner windows bringing in natural light to the 2nd floor and loft space, which was so appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and highly function, my kids loved eating at the island. We could walk to the Village in 6 mins for dinner. She was so generous with her time and feedback. "Our original Airbnb booking got canceled last minute, and so we were super lucky to be able to book Kerri's place! We booked at around 5:00PM and was able to check-in at about 5:30PM the same day. The wood fireplace was really nice with clear instructions, wood was stocked very well in the balcony, and it really kept the house warm and toasty! Kitchen had everything you can possibly think of to make any homecooked meals. Beds were comfortable. Location is super convenient with the option to walk or take the free bus shuttles. Although the internet wasn't working when we checked in, it was quickly resolved the next day. Kerri is very kind, friendly and responsive. " We had a great time at the cabin. The location is amazing and I appreciate having a lockbox for checkin so I didn't have to stop at another office for a key, or worry about getting into town too late. My friend was the one tending to the fire, but I think there was wood provided which was really nice after a long day on the mountain. We had fun playing games and grilling. "We were on a ladies trip with four of us and this turned out to be a good spot for us. There are two very large bedrooms and two of the gals offered to sleep on the twin beds in the loft. Though the hosts mentioned they only have a 40 gallon hot water tank, we staggered our showers and we had no issues. Access was very easy and it was just a quick 8 minute walk down to the village. "Had a great time in this condo! We were 7 total, with four adults and three kids (10, 7 and 2) and really this condo was perfect for us. Kerri was a fantastic host and incredibly responsive (even when I was an idiot and didnt notice Dimmers attached to the light switches). The place has EVERYTHING you need -especially a ton of cooking pots and pans and utensils! We ate-in every meal (7 vegans and not a ton of options in Mammoth) and it was fantastic. I snowboarded every day (Main Lodge is only 4 miles away) in June but if you come in the winter, you can walk in your boots to the Village gondola its so close. "Kerri's condo was great for our family of 3 young kids. There were toys and books, sleds and a fun loft for them to sleep in. An easy walk for our 3 & 5 year olds to the village and back. Really nice community amenities with an indoor spa, sauna, etc that appeared to be newly remodeled. The condo itself looked to be newly remodeled too, and made great use of the space to create room for all 6 of our crew with everyone having some form of privacy. Her condo was perfect for a family of five (a plenty of space in the loft for the kids to sleep and play, a nice living room for the family to hang out and a quiet bedroom for my husband and me). "Kerri's condo was absolutely perfect in every way! It was so cozy and beautiful, made us feel right at home, which was so nice especially after long days of snowboarding in snow storms. :) It offered amazing views out the windows as we sat by a warm fireplace, sipping on wine and watching the snowfall. :) The condo was located 5 minutes away from the village and about 15 minutes away from the main lodge. Kerri's binder was also very beneficial, as it listed detailed information about all the amenities and recreational activities within the area.
