1 week minimum in July and August, other stays possible please inquire for early and late seasons. Each rental also requires a $45 damage waiver (covers up to $1500 accidental damages), $100 normal cleaning, 7% Maine lodging tax, and signed rental agreement.
We are one of the very few vacation rentals in the area that supplies linens!

25% cancellation fee more than 60 days prior to stay
Full forfeit of rents for cancellations within 60 days of stay. Trip insurance is recommended and available after reservation is accepted through VRConnection our management platform provider.
This Maine coastal vacation rental is managed by an owner who is also a professional property manager and licensed CA real estate broker. With this, our guests get the best of both worlds - personal, affordable, and professional treatment. We have local caretakers and housekeeping, and are part of the Georgetown community as best summer people can be! This is our vacation home, and we hope our guests enjoy staying here in our cove as much as we enjoy our trips to Maine.
