There is a lovely formal dining area in the fully equipped open plan kitchen that can accommodate Six guests. Appliances included but not limited to full size stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal unit, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, cookware and much more. There is a fully enclosed washing machine and dryer in this area. Iron / Ironing Board, Laundry Basket also provided.

Our townhouse has a small patio off the Living Room and a small deck off the Master Bedroom. Both the patio and the deck are furnished with 2 chairs and they overlook our beautiful pond and conservation area. A charcoal grill is also provided on the deck.

"Had a great time at Emerald Island Resort - we (family of 9) spent 8 days in May - we rented Pluto's Magic. If you are going to be spending time at any of the Disney parks, this is a fantastic option - the parks are just minutes away (of course, you still need to drive). The rates are good, and the place is very nice - the home we rented had a swimming pool, so the kids had a blast on days we chose not to step out - and we didnt even need heating in May. There are lots of restaurants within 2 mile radius, but we also put the kitchen to full use, cooking most of the days. The tips, directions and instructions by Sri were also quite helpful! Thanks! Im sure we'll be back to Emerald Island Resort on our next trip to Orlando."
