Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms $250 security deposit. No pets allowed. No smoking. Payment accepted by Personal Checks, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Credit Cards (using PayPal). Please note that you don't have to join PayPal to pay by credit card. Please add 13% Florida Tax. During Christmas/New Years, there is a 7 night minimum requirement. For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning charge of $70 will be added.
"We stayed at the 7 bedroom house at 8532 Sunrise Key Drive and had an absolutely great time. The accommodations were perfect for our party of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids). The house is very nicely decorated and the game room was great for the kids. We would highly recommend this property to family and friends to stay at."
