Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms $250 security deposit. No pets allowed. No smoking. Payment accepted by Personal Checks, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Credit Cards (using PayPal). Please note that you don't have to join PayPal to pay by credit card. Please add 13% Florida Tax. During Christmas/New Years, there is a 7 night minimum requirement. For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning charge of $70 will be added.
"Loved the Emerald Magic guest house. The house was *exactly* as described and we enjoyed the gameroom and pool immensely. We were able to get into the resort and the house exactly as described on the day of arrival - no issue, no hassle. We ran into a minor maintenance problem which was addressed immediately by calling the maintenance company, who were polite and responsive. Sri Gogineni is wonderfully responsive and has been great to work with. I would never consider staying in a hotel again in Orlando with a family - renting this house, with easy proximity to the parks and having such a responsive, honest owner who ensured that what we paid for was what we got made our vacation simply wonderful!"
