Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms $250 security deposit. No pets allowed. No smoking. Payment accepted by Personal Checks, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Credit Cards (using PayPal). Please note that you don't have to join PayPal to pay by credit card. Please add 13% Florida Tax. During Christmas/New Years, there is a 7 night minimum requirement. For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning charge of $70 will be added.
"Having stayed in many excellent villas before, Tropical Magic was up there, being one of the best. Roomy, bright and excellent swimming area with many chairs etc. We liked the fact it was within secure surroundings, security at the gates. Sri, the owner was very professional and dealt with any query promptly and efficiently. Will certainly consider staying there again in the future."
