Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms $250 security deposit. No pets allowed. No smoking. Payment accepted by Personal Checks, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Credit Cards (using PayPal). Please note that you don't have to join PayPal to pay by credit card. Please add 13% Florida Tax. During Christmas/New Years, there is a 7 night minimum requirement. For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning charge of $70 will be added.
"My family stayed in Disney Magic villa for 4 day vacation June 2011 and had a wonderful time. The house was well maintained and spacious. The amenities were great and the pool was especially a huge hit with the kids. The location of the villa was perfect, very close to all Disney parks and shopping.
