Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms $250 security deposit. No pets allowed. No smoking. Payment accepted by Personal Checks, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Credit Cards (using PayPal). Please note that you don't have to join PayPal to pay by credit card. Please add 13% Florida Tax. During Christmas/New Years, there is a 7 night minimum requirement. For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning charge of $70 will be added.
"Sri, Thank you for renting your house to us last week. Everything was great at the Pluto's Magic villa. The grandkids really enjoyed the use of the pool after long days at the park. Needless to say, the grandparents got exhausted with all the fun and activities. We will be looking to do the same trip two years from now in October and will contact you for availability."
