Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms $250 security deposit. No pets allowed. No smoking. Payment accepted by Personal Checks, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Credit Cards (using PayPal). Please note that you don't have to join PayPal to pay by credit card. Please add 13% Florida Tax. During Christmas/New Years, there is a 7 night minimum requirement. For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning charge of $70 will be added.
"We stayed at the Disney Magic villa for a week to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. There were 14 of us; ages ranged from 11 to 75. The accommodations were great, and we felt entirely comfortable there. We could only find 12 full-sized forks, but that just became a running gag for the entire week. ;-) Sri always responded quickly if we had a question, and was a gracious host. We have no trouble recommending these accommodations! 28 thumbs up!!"
