Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms $250 security deposit. No pets allowed. No smoking. Payment accepted by Personal Checks, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Credit Cards (using PayPal). Please note that you don't have to join PayPal to pay by credit card. Please add 13% Florida Tax. During Christmas/New Years, there is a 7 night minimum requirement. For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning charge of $70 will be added.
"Loved staying in Emerald Majic, I own a vacation rental and am particular about details. I will say that Sri had thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. It truly is just a short drive to Disney, very close to shopping, plenty of room, clean, grounds well kept. We will difinitely stay here when we come back to Orlando. My husband and his two brothers enjoyed the game room the most."
