Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms $250 security deposit. No pets allowed. No smoking. Payment accepted by Personal Checks, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Credit Cards (using PayPal). Please note that you don't have to join PayPal to pay by credit card. Please add 13% Florida Tax. During Christmas/New Years, there is a 7 night minimum requirement. For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning charge of $70 will be added.
"We just got back (May 2013) from a stay at Emerald Magic 6 bedroom villa and had a wonderful stay. The house was even better then expected when we arrived. Nice welcoming touches everywhere. Lots of towels, some pool toys, even a blender for smoothies. The owner sent lots of excellent directions via e-mail that were really helpful especially his hot tips. Management company was very responsive while we were there and owner always got back to us promptly if we had any questions. Good location close to Disney and lots of shopping at hand. Give this a 10/10"
