Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms $250 security deposit. No pets allowed. No smoking. Payment accepted by Personal Checks, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Credit Cards (using PayPal). Please note that you don't have to join PayPal to pay by credit card. Please add 13% Florida Tax. During Christmas/New Years, there is a 7 night minimum requirement. For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning charge of $70 will be added.
"We stayed at the 7 bedroom Disney Magic home Thanksgiving week and it was truly a wonderful experience. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful addition at the end of busy days. Sri had provided excellent directions from the airport as well as to the parks and restaurants and grocery stores in the area. He was ALWAYS available to answer any questions. I would definitely stay at one of his homes if I am ever in Orlando again."
