Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please add 9.8% occupancy tax to all rates. $275 cleaning fee and $500 damage deposit required with all stays. To secure dates a refundable reservation deposit of 25% is required. The reservation deposit is refundable with 60 or more days cancellation notice.
"We enjoyed our stay in your home! The floorplan worked out perfectly for our family of 10. The house is quiet and in a good location. The flat screen TV and other amenities were very nice. We wish the back yard would have been completed! Blinds or drapes in the second upstairs bath are needed."
