Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please add 9.8% occupancy tax to all rates. $275 cleaning fee and $500 damage deposit required with all stays. To secure dates a refundable reservation deposit of 25% is required. The reservation deposit is refundable with 60 or more days cancellation notice.
"We really enjoyed the house and the hot tub. The house is beautiful, although still some things left to be done with construction. Would have been nice to have access to the garage as we had 4 bikes that we had to store in the main house. The layout of the home is great and provided ample room for 6 in our group. The kitchen was great as well, although larger cookware would have been nice. Location is perfect. Right in the heart of town with easy access to all activities in Durango. Will definitely stay again when in Durango. Highly recommend."
