Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please add 9.8% occupancy tax to all rates. $275 cleaning fee and $500 damage deposit required with all stays. To secure dates a refundable reservation deposit of 25% is required. The reservation deposit is refundable with 60 or more days cancellation notice.
"We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. The house was clean and true to description. There was an issue with the wireless internet when we first arrived, but one phone call and about 15 minutes later it was resolved. There was a natural gas smell lingering in the house for the whole weekend. We called about this and someone came quickly to check it out. Nothing wrong was found in the house, so we just opened windows and dealt with it. Overall, we very much enjoyed the house and would recommend to anyone. "
