Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please add 9.8% occupancy tax to all rates. $275 cleaning fee and $500 damage deposit required with all stays. To secure dates a refundable reservation deposit of 25% is required. The reservation deposit is refundable with 60 or more days cancellation notice.
"This home was awesome! It was everything they promised plus some. It was convenient to stores and Main Street. The home was well furnished, comfortable and homey. The jacuzzi was absolutely fabulous too! When we decide to go back to Durango whether w/our group of women or take our families this house would be my preference."
