To secure dates a refundable reservation deposit of 25% is required. The reservation deposit is refundable with 60 or more days cancellation notice.
"Had 8 people attend for 50th birthday celebration. House was quite big enough, plenty of room for everyone. Bedding was plentiful, no issues. Really enjoyed the hot tub and the grill. It was an excellent time and the house was perfect for the occasion. Master bedroom has a large shower/jacuzzi/bathroom area. It's not accessible to everyone without going through the bedroom. It would probably be best to decide who gets the master bedroom before arriving as there will be fights over it. The deck off the master is unfinished. This wasn't an issue for us, but it might be for some. Regarding the location: it's good to understand that the house is on a corner. The driveway faces Junction St., but the front of the house faces Virginia Street. Also, the door nearest the driveway leads to the Studio, not the main house. Nearly every guest ended up in the studio when they arrived (it looks really nice too: so if you only have a couple of people traveling, the studio looks like a good bet). It might be worth adding a sign on the entry to the studio indicating that the main house entrance is only through the front of the house. The location is not directly in "downtown" Durango. It is walkable, but it's kind of a long walk. It was really beautiful though, so no complaints. "
