Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please add 9.8% occupancy tax to all rates. $275 cleaning fee and $500 damage deposit required with all stays. To secure dates a refundable reservation deposit of 25% is required. The reservation deposit is refundable with 60 or more days cancellation notice.
"The property was just as it was presented and more. We made most of our meals and found the kitchen well equipped. The dining table was large enough for all of us to eat together and play games afterward. The living room accommodated everyone and was comfortable. The bedrooms and baths were just right - everyone had plenty of room and the linens were nice. We did not use the spa."
